Please read the following general conditions before applying to our programs. Its subsequent use will mean the acceptance of all the conditions detailed below.

 1. SERVICE CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY

- Registration Fee is only refundable in the case of the participant is rejected by our partner sponsors.

- Once the candidate obtain a training Offer Letter by a host employer, the candidate is considered placed and full program fee is due within 3 business days.

- Once the agreement is sent and signed by all parties, there is no point of return, except in case of visa denial after the second interview at the US Embassy.

- In case of visa denial after the second interview at the US Embassy, the candidate should return the DS-2019 form and submit proof of denial from the American Embassy or Consulate. Once the Sponsor receives the documentation, 50% of the program fee will be withheld and account for processing costs of Trainee International and partners. Registration fees, shipping fees, visa fees and bank fees are non-refundable. In addition, no refund will be processed if the original DS-2019 and the denial letter from the US Embassy is not received by the Sponsor assigned to the candidate.

- If the candidate decides to cancel his program after arrival to the U.S. or is laid off or fired by the host employer, he will not be entitled to any refund.

- The length of the program agreed with the host company and the candidate is based solely on performance and does not bind the host company to the full term if the candidate does not meet the property’s requirements. If the host company has layoffs or closes for any reason, Trainee International will assist the candidate in finding a new property to continue training (Trainee International, however, cannot guarantee that the new property would be in the same city, state or region that the candidate is training).

2. Changes to this Policy

Trainee International reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time. However, the official Terms and Conditions applied to your particular case is binding when you become a candidate of Trainee International and sign a proper agreement with us.
