When you sign up or send your Resume, we collect your name, your educational background, your work experiences, your location, your email and other contacts provided. The information that we collect when you register with us includes but is not limited to, your name, education, experience, email, phone, Skype account, nationality, current location, birthdate, graduation date, last degree, last experience title, last experience department, photo and registration date.

The data that we collect and that we share with your potential Host Companies in the event of scheduling an interview is the following: Your CV, and therefore all personal information included or mentioned in the document. The data that we collect and that we share with your potential sponsor in the event of assigning that particular sponsor to process your visa application is the following: Your personal information, such as name, school, last degree, the place you live in and your email. They also have the right to collect documents such as your CV, diploma copies and signed documents, cover and reference letters, medical history, videos, pictures (that are accompanied in those documents), passport, previous visas copy and criminal record information. 

2. THE USE OF THE DATA THAT YOU PROVIDE

Trainee International does not sell, rent, share or otherwise provide your personal information to any third parties, apart from your sponsor our Host Companies, for marketing purposes without your consent. Your information is only shared within our team and partners.

All information that you voluntarily provide on Social Media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram are accessed by our marketing team for promotional reasons and can be used to better enhance your experience with our Services.
